Stralik respects your privacy and only collects the information needed to assess and complete your vendor comparison.

What we collect

When you submit a request, we may collect your name, work email address, company, job title, the information you provide about your requirements, and any vendor proposals or supporting files you upload.

How we use your information

We use this information to review your requirements, assess whether we can complete your comparison, produce the analysis you have requested, communicate with you about your request, and provide the Stralik service.

Uploaded documents

Documents you provide are used only for the purpose of completing your vendor comparison. We do not sell your information or use your vendor documents for advertising.

AI-assisted analysis

Stralik uses AI-assisted tools as part of the analysis process. Outputs are reviewed by a human before a final comparison is provided. Information may therefore be processed by third-party technology providers used to operate the service.

Payments

Payment information is processed by our payment provider. Stralik does not store your full payment card details.

How long we keep your information

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain appropriate business records, and meet any legal or regulatory obligations.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to any information we are required to retain by law.
