About Stralik

Stralik provides an independent vendor comparison service. We assess the requirements and vendor information you provide and produce a report to support your purchasing decision.

Our analysis

Our analysis may use AI-assisted tools alongside human review. Stralik is independent of the vendors assessed and does not accept payment from vendors for recommendations or preferential treatment.

Our reports are intended to support your decision-making and do not constitute financial, legal or other professional advice. Final purchasing decisions remain your responsibility.

Pricing & delivery

The price shown when ordering covers the initial Decision Report and one Decision Update. Payment is required before the completed report is provided.

The Decision Update may be used once within 30 days of the initial report to review new information from the same vendors relating to the original decision. New vendors, materially changed requirements or scope, or further rounds of review may require a new assessment.

We aim to deliver within the timeframe stated when ordering. Where additional information is required, delivery may take longer.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once work on your personalised comparison has begun, refunds may not be available, subject to your statutory rights.

Vendor information & liability

Vendor prices, products and services can change. We take reasonable care when assessing information but cannot guarantee third-party information remains accurate after your report is produced.

Stralik is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information, subsequent vendor changes or purchasing decisions made using our report. Nothing in these terms limits liability where unlawful.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Data Handling policy.
